Objection and question breakdowns
Release 0.38
A count tells you price came up three times. It doesn’t tell you whether anyone answered it — and that’s usually the part that decides whether the deal moves.
Client pages now break out the objections raised and the questions asked across every call with that client, each marked as resolved or unresolved, answered or left hanging. Open any one of them and you go straight to the call it came from, at the point it was raised.
The same breakdown works across your whole call list. Filter by objection type to see every deal where budget came up this month, or by question type to find the technical questions your reps are fielding but not closing out.
Together they answer a question a call-by-call view can’t: not what came up, but what keeps coming up and never gets dealt with.
