Your trade customers reorder by phone: a contractor running low on bags and rolls, a café that needs more cups, a care home topping up its chemicals. Those calls carry more than the order. Sales Signals listens to every sales call and tells you what was said that matters to the business.
What you’ll see
- Customers going quiet. A regular who is ordering less gets flagged before they stop ordering altogether.
- Price pressure and competitor quotes. You see every time a customer mentions a cheaper offer, and what your rep said in reply.
- Buying signals. For example, a customer asking about a product line they don’t buy from you yet, or a new site opening.
- Promises made on the call. Quotes, callbacks and deliveries that were agreed on the call, so none of them slip.
- An up-to-date CRM. It’s filled in after every call, without reps typing notes.

We set up Sales Signals on your own sales calls during early access. You get hands-on onboarding and a direct say in what we build. We agree the terms with you before anything starts.
We’re taking on a couple of distributors this quarter. The best fit is an inside sales team that takes trade orders by phone.
Who’s behind it
Sales Signals is built by Aleksei Prishchepo in Berlin. For more than ten years he ran a sales-led reseller business and managed its phone sales teams. Most of what customers said on those calls never reached him, and Sales Signals is the tool he wanted then.
